I have purchased multiple home furnishing items from Wayfair over the past 12 months. My very first purchase was a Sputnik Chandelier, one I had priced locally and found on Wayfair for less than half the retail cost. When the Sputnik Chandelier arrived, it had shipping damage. I immediately contacted Wayfair who had a team pick up the Sputnik Chandelier the next morning and they had a new one in my house within a week. To ensure that the replacement was in good condition, they provided in home delivery at no cost. Everything was perfect and we love this Sputnik Chandelier.

These furniture are so nice, now I have it in 1 colors. He is so incredibly versatile and can accompany me to everyone. It's sturdy, luxurious, soft and it definitely seems like I paid more for it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect 'one and done' Sputnik Chandelier!

After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Sputnik Chandelier was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Sputnik Chandelier are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!
